We Review Your Order
Once submitted, we’ll check availability and send you a formal quote within 3 business days. This will include a cleaning & handling fee and a bond (these fees aren't shown at checkout).
Secure Your Booking
To lock in your items, you’ll need to sign our Terms & Conditions and pay a 30% deposit.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
Pick Up Your Items
Items are collected from our Eastlakes studio. We’ll share the exact address and pick up details closer to the date.
Return & Bond Refund
After your event, return items on the agreed date. Once we’ve checked everything, we’ll refund your bond (if applicable).
